Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience A significant part of the experience should be on Business Applications, CRM solutions. Ideal candidate should have experience and understanding of the life cycle of IT solutions/ Business Applications implementation including Estimation, Requirements Gathering and Testing. Experienced Testing/Performance testing Using Playwright, Stress Stimulus, JMeter and Blaze Meter & Analysis using instrumentation tools. Experience in Test solutioning, defining Test/Performance test Strategies, Approaches, Test /Performance test Plans and Workload Modeling for various types of Web Applications, Portals, Mobile Apps, Web Services, Microservices and SOAP & REST APIs Experience in monitoring & capturing browser side performance metrics using Browser DevTools, Application Insights, User Experience Management tools and good knowledge on PageSpeed, sitespeed.io, webpagetest for evaluating client - side performance from real browsers Interact with customer and application teams to discuss Testing scope, NFRs and SLAs. Should have good analytical skills and hands on experience on development of test /Performance test scripts using above testing /Performance test tool including Web, Web services OOPS concept, collection, IO streams, Serialization, Multithread, Garbage algorithm etc Knowledge of competing products and industry standard implementation methodologies Must be well organized and self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision Good Communication Skills in English both written and spoken. Ability to interact with a global audience of customers, partners and a global team Ability in developing strategic ongoing customer relationships, gaining trust of stakeholders and respect for the company through technical leadership. Ability to identify risks before they occur and to develop mitigation and avoidance strategies IC role, hence, should know the art of influence without authority Strong experience in offshore/onsite working model and working with different geographies and cultures.
