Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming * OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming OR equivalent experience 3+ Years of cross-functional experience in facilitating the translation of business requirements into engineering specifications. Able to work in shifts (12pm - 9pm IST) Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming * OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming 3+ Years experience with LEAN or similar continuous improvement methodologies 3+ Years of cross-functional experience in facilitating the translation of business requirements into engineering specifications.
