Responsibilities
The role involves partnering with engineering, managing customer outreach, aligning with EPSF strategy, and ensuring timely remediation of findings. Define and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders Be the security contact for teams building new innovative products and technologies in the next version of Windows, Azure, and devices Leverage a broad and current understanding of security to envision new protections Collaborate with product/service teams to improve security, and articulate the business value of security investments - Partner with teams inside and outside EPSF toward building security and compliance early in the product development process and in developing born secure, born compliant products Define objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and track progress against goals, iterating and optimizing as necessary Stakeholder Communication: Communicate updates, progress, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus 8+ years of proven experience as a PM in Security space or in a related role Have done a few Security certifications - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
