Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Solid passion and proven experience delivering high quality services. 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and shipping products. Exceptional problem solving, coding & debugging skills. Solid communication and collaboration skills. Experience developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span platforms and tools. Ability to deliver outstanding results in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Deep passion for customers, design thinking, and technology. High learnability on the AI stack. Full Stack Experience with coding in C Experience with full stack development is a plus - Application development not limited to React JS , C++ etc Experience with Backend Services/Substrate development. Experience shipping end to end features on Application stack and Backend Stack. AI development experience is a plus - Prompt engineering, LLM/SLM model tuning and deployment, Model deployment pipeline and feedback loops. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
