Responsibilities
Build and maintain APIs and high-throughput pipelines to support OpenRTB integrations, partner mediation, ad selection workflows, and VAST XML generation for display and video ads. Enhance system reliability and observability by driving telemetry instrumentation, monitoring dashboards, and resilient distributed service architecture. Investigate and optimize production systems through deep-dive analysis, performance tuning, and scaling strategies to minimize latency and ensure high availability across mission-critical ad serving components. Collaborate with cross-discipline teamsāincluding product managers, applied scientists, and partner engineering teamsāto translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
master's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding. Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns. Proficiency in C/C++/C#/Java language. Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana, Jarvis, or Cosmos. Proficient in back-end (API/Server) coding Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional time management and task execution skills. Excellent skills in design, debugging and problem solving. Passion for customers, product quality and test engineering. Demonstrated experience in shipping high-quality products or services. Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, real-time systems, knowledge of OpenRTB, auction theory, or bid optimization.
