Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Technical engineering with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Strong design, coding, and debugging skills. 2+ year(s) experience in networking, distributed systems, and network virtualization. A commitment to high quality standards. Technical leadership and effective problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Linux system programming. Scripting languages. Data path technologies and layers such as Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK), classical network interface cards (NICs), SmartNICs, and virtual switches. Communication and collaboration skills. Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and disciplines. Own the efforts to resolve some of the technically deepest problems in the SDN (Software Defined Networking) and host networking areas. Follow the latest developments in technology, work with consortiums/forums in the industry actively, and help our cloud infrastructure evolve towards the next big growth. Collaborate with different partner teams and counterparts in different geographies to meet the goals of the organization. Mentor junior members of the team and take ownership of building and maintaining an efficient team with the right mindset and attitude to grow as a team. Drive innovation in the team via thought leadership, working on ideas/improvements/proofs of concepts/demonstrations/talks. Own the quality of the product and drive the efforts to achieve high quality standards and to retain it consistently.
