Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable software solutions with a strong emphasis on user experience. Build responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex data and workflows into elegant, user-centric solutions. Contribute to all phases of the product lifecycle, including design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of technical engineering experience with a focus on front-end development and UX design. Proven experience building performant, reliable, accessible, and scalable web applications. Proficiency in front-end technologies including React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to navigate and debug unfamiliar codebases and complex UI/backend integrations. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and UX best practices. Experience with backend development using languages such as C# or Java. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design. Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Understanding of distributed systems concepts and design patterns. Exposure to AI/ML models and developer tools.
