Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality features, solve technical challenges, and drive innovation. Build tools for monitoring, analytics, and automated recovery to ensure service reliability and performance. Enhance developer productivity by creating internal tools and providing actionable feedback on code and product quality. Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards across all backend systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, Python, or Node.js). Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and system architecture. Experience with high-scale services, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and RESTful APIs on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Hands-on expertise in debugging customer issues and managing live site incidents. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for technical excellence and continuous learning. Bonus: Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or big data analytics. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. OR equivalent experience.
