Responsibilities
Responsible for investigating and troubleshooting infrastructure-related build failures, engaging with partner teams for other failures, and assisting internal teams to integrate with pipeline components. Support Geo Expansion: This involves supporting geo expansion work as part of the services owned by team. Build project timelines, estimates of level of effort, manage milestones, and course correct projects to maintain schedules Provide ICM support and serve as an escalation point during outages or investigations Assist in the implementation of new technology as it becomes available Manage the permission structure for internal tools Manage deployment of technology upgrades to existing systems Required: Bachelor and/or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent Technical Stack: C++, C#, big data, ML, NLP, and search technologies.
