Responsibilities
Come join Experiences on Team Xbox and help define what's next for Gaming! You will collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and other team members to determine service requirements. While working on-call you will monitor our services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions to ensure that we maintain our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to identify areas to improve across instrumentation, metrics, alerting, and livesite processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Experience in design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving. 4+ years of experience designing and developing online services. Experience organizing, executing and delivering work as committed, on time and with high quality. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Knowledge of service design principles Experience with collaboration, and driving respectful and efficient design discussions. Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Services and NoSQL DB.
