Own and grow product feature areas based on newer industry trends. Envision and implement growth and distribution strategies for the product feature areas – these include cross org execution of entry points, external partnerships for DAU and growth hacks.
Responsibilities
Be the thought-leader for your area of product features across teams in the org. Deliver finely crafted experiences to delight hundreds of millions of consumers world-wide, with creative solutions and business models. Drive growth in product adoption and deliver business impact by accelerating growth in DAU, quality of the product and revenue. Partner with Design, Marketing, Business Development, and Engineering to define, design, and deliver these capabilities with agility against an aggressive product roadmap. Collaborate effectively within and across orgs to manage stakeholders, drive alignment and synergies to deliver an amplified impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software development. Proven ability in conceptualizing and building products that are loved by users. Proven ability to define and execute on a product vision and strategy. Strong business and strategic sense to maximize product market fit. Experience in growing mature products, including international expansion of products. Be able to energize and influence, drive clarity of goals and deliver continuous impact to the team. Experience establishing strong partnerships and engaging with communities for building and growing consumer products. Flair for cross-org collaboration across large internationally distributed teams, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with customers & stakeholders. Proficiency in vibe coding. Experience in launching v0/v1 products would be an added asset but not mandatory. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
