Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for intelligent agent experiences across Windows surfaces. Partner with engineering to deliver performant, privacy-respecting, and scalable solutions that span local execution and cloud orchestration. Lead scenario planning and prioritization across diverse user segments and use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, platform, compliance, and partner organizations to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and shaping the culture of a growing team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional products at scale. Solid technical fluency in systems architecture, APIs, and AI/ML concepts. Experience working with engineering, design, and compliance teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Engineering background or strong technical depth with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams. Hands-on experience with design thinking and MVP prototyping. Experience in agentic systems, diagnostics, or customer success domains. Familiarity with Windows internals, orchestration frameworks, or Copilot integrations. Prior experience with LLM-powered agents or AI-first product development.
