As the AI Senior Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and execution of the CIP Platform, MAI’s agentic testing platform. Strategic Roadmap and Product Quality This will involve identifying and capitalizing on internal and external opportunities for improving product quality, especially in the era of AI-driven coding.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to drive product development, oversee deliverables, and ensure that key performance indicators (OKRs) are met. Ensure rapid and high-quality execution of product initiatives by working closely with development and design teams. Design and deliver intuitive user experiences that not only delight customers but also provide valuable capabilities for identifying issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. A proven record in leading large-scale consumer product roadmaps. Strong skills in cross-functional initiatives and customer management. Excellent data analysis, communication, and negotiation abilities, able to align teams and stakeholders. An entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach, making swift, confident decisions. 5+ years in product management, preferably with an MBA. Experience managing AI/ML product lifecycles, including model development, deployment, and monitoring. Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI practices. Proficiency in using metrics and experimentation to evaluate AI product impact and performance. Comfort collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver AI-powered features. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
