Responsibilities
Establish new interaction paradigms for human-AI collaboration in productivity scenarios. Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineering, design and partner teams to build and ship AI experiences at scale that are responsive, contextual, and deeply integrated into user workflows.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Solid product intuition with a user-first and business mindset. Scientific, i.e., hypothesis, experimentation and evidence driven. Expert at defining success metrics, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions. Excellent communicator who can influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Solid technical fluency in system design, APIs, data flows, and MLOps enough to partner effectively with research and engineering. 6+ years product management shipping 0 to 1 and V1 products at scale. Experience with building AI-first experiences for millions of users. Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and privacy constraints.
