Responsibilities
Build rapid AI solutions prototypes, take prototypes to production, and iterate deployed solutions to make them better, Champion EVAL driven development and bring the culture of AI-first engineering. Use data to identify gaps in AI quality, uncover insights, build PoC to show the impact. We expect all our team members to support this culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years related experience (e.g., statistics predictive analytics, research). OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research). OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research). 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, predictive analytics, regression modelling, and research. 4+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting large scale applications and services. Experience with MLOps, Workflows, including CI/CD, and monitoring. Excellent problem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills Strong cross-group collaboration skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks completely and independently. Ability to generate clarity in ambiguous situations. Knowledge of Python and/or R for general coding as well as data analysis is highly valued. Experience with VBA or Office add-in development is a big plus. Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research). OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research). OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience creating publications (e.g., patents, libraries, peer-reviewed academic papers). Experience presenting at conferences or other events in the outside research/industry community as an invited speaker. 3+ years experience conducting research as part of a research program (in academic or industry settings). 1+ year(s) experience developing and deploying live production systems, as part of a product team. 1+ year(s) experience developing and deploying products or systems at multiple points in the product cycle from ideation to shipping.
