Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Define and deliver features: Translate customer needs into product features and guidance, partnering across product groups and stakeholders. Drive AI-forward innovation: Embed AI as a core competency in product design and user experience. Move from static specs to rapid experimentation and model-first thinking, applying AI actively in day-to-day workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for growth. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance the developer experience. Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the team.
