Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years working in security/compliance or AI/ML‑powered product areas. Proven experience in multiple software product development methodologies. Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams. Proven track record of seizing ambiguous opportunities, driving clarity into them, and creating impactful results that benefit the company through deeply involved interactions and discussion. Leadership skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration with an ability to build strong partnership with others. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. A good understanding of how to create software or how an engineering product cycle works.
