Responsibilities
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Cosmos platform you own by leveraging AI. Translate customer business needs into well‑scoped program plans and engineering requirements. Drive capacity planning and Supply chain management for the Cosmos platform. Lead cross‑team execution by coordinating dependencies across engineering, operations, security, and other platform teams. Partner with engineering and live‑site teams to support operational readiness, reliability goals, and service health improvements. Manage the Incident and change management process for the Cosmos environment along with the DRI activities and define and monitor success metrics (e. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, decisions, and trade‑offs and contribute to a strong PM culture through documentation, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.
