Assist in defining product requirements through customer research, data analysis, and operational insights, under guidance from senior product managers.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers, field teams, and internal partners to understand networking scenarios and gather feedback on platform capabilities. Collaborate with engineering teams to support feature design, execution, and delivery milestones. Drive cross‑functional alignment with engineering, support, partner, and field organizations to support product readiness and adoption. Contribute to success metrics, prioritization discussions, and post‑launch analysis for your feature areas. Communicate clearly through written specifications, presentations, and regular stakeholder updates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 1+ year(s) experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
