Responsibilities
Support ideation, vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities, with a focus on AI-powered seller experiences. Define and drive feature specifications and AI use cases; work closely with engineering and applied AI teams to deliver against the roadmap. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather feedback, manage dependencies, and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Drive rhythm of business activities within the team and across the org to ensure end-to-end success of AI initiatives. Define and track AI adoption, engagement, and business success metrics to ensure measurable customer impact. Ensure customer success by deeply understanding their workflows and challenges, leveraging AI to simplify and elevate seller productivity. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, MS/MBA AND 10+ years experience in product management, with deep technical fluency (DS & Engg. ). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate high altitude strategy as well as lowest level technical details. Demonstrated success operating from a remote or distributed product location, partnering closely with leadership, stakeholders and teams based in the UK and US. Solid cross-geo, upward, and outward stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to navigate and execute within a highly matrixed organization. Experience building or scaling large, consumer-facing products, preferably in web-scale systems such as Search, AI-driven platforms, or healthcare consumer experiences. Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape. Experience working with LLMs, GenAI systems, or applied AI products. Experience working in large technology companies or scaled consumer product organizations.
