Responsibilities
Works with customer/partner stakeholders (e. Architecture Design and Deployment Leverages a structured approach to architecture projects using existing methodologies (e. Works with customers to understand and demonstrate business value (e. Where there are defects, works in close collaboration with the Project Manager and Customer to redress or accept and document the status of the test results. Practice Development Generates new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property. Identify which ideas should be culled. The individual will have good understanding of Cloud solution implementations and should be adept at proposing solutions for multiple alternate scenarios where customers can accelerate the adoption of the Dynamics 365 Cloud. The architect must have a good understanding of delivery process and delivery tools like Azure Dev Ops and be able to influence the entire delivery team to adopt the tools and processes for successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) A significant part of the experience should be on Business Applications and CRM solutions. Ideal candidates should have experience and understanding of the life cycle of IT solutions/ Business Applications implementation including Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Modelling, Development & Testing, Deployment and Maintenance. Proven track record of Dynamics365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions preferably in retail/manufacturing/public sector/telecom/ financial services. Experience building or extending solutions using M365 Copilot, including custom copilots, Copilot plugins, Teams message extensions, Graph connectors, and Copilot Answers. Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio for designing enterprise-grade copilots, AI orchestration flows, adaptive dialogs, and data grounding. Demonstrated capability in Low Code architecture, including governance, ALM, solution structuring, and enterprise-scale maturity models.
