Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 20+ years' experience in technology solutions delivery , consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related field OR equivalent experience. 12+ years' experience in project management for enterprise level business solutions implementations OR equivalent experience. Strong background in enterprise delivery governance, multi‑project oversight, and stakeholder management 3+ years people management experience. Proven experience managing project/program managers delivering large, complex technology or consulting engagements. Strong understanding of AI Business solutions delivery lifecycle, AI led Business Process transformation programs and change management. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification Experience in driving large transformational projects as a delivery leader at a technology/IT services organization 8+ years project financial management experience.
