Responsibilities
Work with the Area Project Manager to deliver engagements within an assigned Area. Responsible for endtoend project financials, drive key performance metrics, proactively manage risks and issues with financials—including recovery actions—and ensure strong quality and changes required throughout delivery Responsible for improving process adherence, project hygiene, timely reporting, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Validate Engagement/Project Setup/Staffing, Initiation Schedule, Issue/Risk updates from Sales to Delivery, create project structure/base financial plan. Support resource management for the engagement. Initiate/complete project closure, reconcile project budget, capture lessons learned. Support Area Project Manager on managing escalations around staffing and billing processes related to delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field AND 3-4 years' experience in project management OR equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification. Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops Exposure to LLM and agentic AI
