Responsibilities
Lead the consulting virtual account team to bring customer visions to life through consultative selling, active listening, and continuous planning. Increase Unified penetration through strategic alignment with internal stakeholders and intentional selling. Leverage digital channels to uncover and develop new business opportunities. Partner closely with ATU (AE, ATS), STU (SSPs), and CSU (CSAM or CSA) to identify opportunities and drive customer value across MCEM sales stages.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years industry sales experience in the commercial industries (e.g. Retail, etc) or related work 5+ years consulting solution or Unified sales experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 12+ years technology-related solution or consulting sales experience in the commercial industries (e.g. Retail, etc) or related work OR Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 10+ years' experience in technology sales experience in the commercial industries (e.g. Retail, etc) or related work 7+ years consulting services and Unified/ support sales experience Proven experience in consultative selling and digital engagement. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated success in driving customer value and business outcomes. Experience managing complex sales cycles and pre-sales processes.
