Responsibilities

Deliver Results Through Collaboration - You'll act as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert to Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), including CxOs. Provide Factory delivery oversight which includes being hands-on with delivery based on business requirements. Deliver proactive portfolio management for Factory engagements by overseeing execution and mitigating delivery risks, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and successful outcomes for customers. Drive the acceleration and removal of delivery blockers for Factory projects within ASEAN, India and Korea as the primary territory of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers. Passion for technology and customer obsession. Displays strong technical program management, stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers. People management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers. Enthusiasm towards leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.
