Responsibilities
Drive annual and quarterly business planning, including priority alignment, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment across strategy, operations, finance, partner engagement, and organizational initiatives. Anticipate risks, trade-offs, and interdependencies; provide actionable recommendations. Support and coordinate complex, high-visibility initiatives such as: Ensure consistency and coherence across parallel global workstreams. Support team budget planning and allocation aligned with strategic priorities. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance signals and risk indicators. Enable proactive leadership through data-driven insights. Develop executive-ready presentations, memos, and business narratives. Prepare leaders for high-impact engagements and strategic conversations. Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives. Support morale and transitions during periods of ambiguity or transformation. Executive syncs and high-visibility forums. Drive clarity on decisions, actions, and accountability. Ensure business continuity during periods of change or transformation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles. OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, HR, or related business roles. Experience in Chief of Staff, Business Manager, or high-pace leadership support roles. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft executive-level narratives. Experience operating in global, matrixed environments. Experience applying AI to improve business or customer outcomes. Master's degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred.
